VINTECOM International has just completed the Six 6 Core Tools training course - a practical course on applying Core Tools to analyze, measure and control to improve the capacity and reliability of industrial production processes and manufactured components in the automotive industry at KPF Vietnam Company - a member company of KPF Group Korea.
1. What is Six Core Tools?
Six Core Tools is a set of quality management tools widely used in the manufacturing industry, especially in the automotive manufacturing sector, to ensure high quality products and meet customer requirements. This set of tools is developed based on the IATF 16949 standard and includes 6 main tools:
1. APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning): Advanced product quality planning.
2. PPAP (Production Part Approval Process): Production product approval process.
3. FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis): Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
4. MSA (Measurement System Analysis): Measurement System Analysis.
5. SPC (Statistical Process Control): Statistical Process Control.
6. Control Plan: Control Plan.
