Under the cooperation agreement to provide training and consulting services to foreign countries, the Training expert team of VINTECOM International has just conducted the training course the Competence of Testing and Calibration laboratories according to ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 for Bureau Veritas Cambodia- Sola Street. (371), Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The training course of VINTECOM International aims to equip learners with important knowledge of quality management and technical management in ISO / IEC 17025 including:
- Objectivity for the operation of the laboratory
- Managing risks for laboratory activities
- Request human resources
- Requirements for measuring equipment and facilities
- Environment and operational facilities of the laboratory
- Selecting a testing method
- Validation of the use of the test method through techniques used such as: deviation / precision assessment, accuracy through the use of main standards or reference samples, evaluation of stability of the method through the variability of controlled parameters, comparing the results with validated or interlaboratory methods.

- Activities of sampling, keeping technical records of laboratories and reporting test results.

The training program, conducted by VINTECOM International's expert team, helps students interact and reflect on practical situations of the laboratory. Students are allowed to practice sample exam situations, practice laboratory assessment techniques based on goals and risks. At the end of the course, students will take the knowledge test on ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 management system standard and the audit technique according to ISO 19011: 2018.
