RBA course - Code of Conduct of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is conducted at Olympus Vietnam Co., Ltd. Formerly the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), the code set standards to ensure working conditions in the industry or electronics industries, where electronics are a key component and supply chains of The industry is safe, workers are treated with respect and dignity, and business activities within the organization are conducted in an environmentally and ethically responsible manner.

In order to adopt the Code and become a participant ("Participant"), businesses need to confirm its compliance with the Code and actively pursue the implementation of the Code and establish an internal management system. to ensure compliance with this standard.

Participants should consider the Code as an initiative of the entire supply chain.In a minimum, Participants should also require suppliers at the next level to acknowledge and implement the Code. The key to applying the Code is to understand that a business, in all its activities, must fully comply with the laws, rules, and regulations of the countries in which it operates.

The Code also encourages Participants to go beyond compliance with the law, based on internationally recognized standards to enhance environmental and social responsibilities as well as business ethics.

The RBA training course, conducted by VINTECOM International experts, consists of 5 parts. Parts A, B and C outline Labor, Health and Safety and Environment standards, respectively. Part D adds to the standards related to business ethics.
